Riverfront Park (Swimming Beach)

The swimming beach is adjacent to Riverfront Park. The large sand beach is a great summertime draw for the City of Lake St. Croix Beach.

Directions to the beach parking  lot  (no street parking allowed) from CSAH 18 - take a left on 20th Street South to Ramada Avenue [1991 Ramada]. Come early as parking space is limited!  The weekday, weekend,  and holiday parking is $10.00.  (Resident season pass available at City Hall)

Parking Meter Kiosk - A parking meter kiosk, located in the gazebo at the corner of 20th Street South and Ramada Avenue, will now service our parking collection fees. The kiosk accepts credit cards, bills and coins, but does not make change, so bring exact change.  After payment is accepted the kiosk will print a ticket.  This ticket must be displayed on the dashboard of any vehicle parked in the beach parking lot, or a $30 citation will be written!  The parking lot premises are monitored 24 hours a day by surveillance cameras.

The Park Lot closes at 9:00 pm.  The park is officially open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.  Weather permitting the park & beach will be open the weekend following Labor Day.

Pavilion reservations are required for weekends.  The entire pavilion can be reserved or just one half of the pavilion.  Each side has four picnic tables for use.
